CAL TODA is proud to support Filipino and community events throughout California and beyond.
Because each appearance requires rider coordination, transportation, fuel, time, parking space, and
event-day logistics, all invitations must be submitted through our official appearance request
process.
Submitting a request does not guarantee availability. Once your request is reviewed, a CAL TODA
representative will contact you to confirm the number of tricycles, timing, event requirements, and
any agreed support or appearance arrangements.
What organizers should know before requesting
• A designated and pre-approved parking/display area is required for every appearance.
• The exact number of tricycles must be approved in advance.
• A named event contact with authority to resolve on-site issues must be available on event day.
• Travel, fuel, meals, parking, security, lodging, or other support may be requested depending on the
event.
• CAL TODA may support selected community events at no charge or at a reduced cost, but the value
of the appearance should still be acknowledged in writing.
• Major changes to location, access, schedule, or parking must be approved by CAL TODA before the
event.
